Partitioning Systems:

The systems are not only durable and aesthetically very pleasing but also offer the option of excellent sound and fire performance.
PPL Demountable Systems.
For use where fire resistance and/or sound attenuation are asked for.
It is constructed from galvanised steel stud and channel sections with a layer of plasterboard on either side.
Available in both 75mm and 100mm. The modules can be either taped and jointed or fixed with aluminium cover trims and back fix.
A sound reduction of up to 45dB can be achieved.
Half hour fire resistance is achieved with the 75mm system and one hour with the 100mm system using hardwood door frames (as per BS476 Part 20-22).
In addition a half hour rating is achieved with the 100mm system using aluminium window sections as per Test Number BTC 0189 FA.
The window sections are available in both rounded and square design.

PPL demountable systems are extremely flexible in their applications as well as being very cost effective.

Doors can be supplied in a variety of veneers including oak, sapele and ash which are complemented by a wide range of door furniture and vision panels.

PPL demountable systems come in a variety of modules
which can incorporate honeycomb panels, flaxcore panels or glazing configurations in a choice of elevations. Double glazed or offset panels can be supplied complete with horizontal blinds in a range of colours.

Aluminium components are available in either satin anodised aluminium or finished with a polyester powder colour coating/stove enamelled to the specifier's individual requirements. PVC sections can also be coated to the BS4800 or RAL F3 colour ranges.
Metal Stud Partitions.
Metal stud partitions are lightweight, non-loadbearing and quickly assembled on site. They provide low cost partitions suitable for both housing and public buildings. The system consists of tapered edge plasterboards screw-fixed to lightweight metal sections, and is suitable for direct decoration. The partition is extremely versatile and can provide high levels of fire resistance, sound insulation and stability requirements.
