P.P.L. was originally established by Tony Wroe, who has more than 20 years experience in the building trade, and was later joined by Jonathan Morley, an experienced quantity surveyor.

With our consistency in quality of products and service, we have established ourselves as one of the leading dry lining, partitioning and suspended ceiling companies, not only in the northwest but throughout the UK.

In November 2000 P.P.L. moved to larger premises adjacent to the M61 motorway network, this has now enabled us to stock a wide range of products, in addition to providing a comprehensive installation service.
Our trading hours are 7.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
We also provide a 24hr, 7 day emergency service.
